We look at how water moves across the property before pairing turf, pavers, drains and downspout extensions. Correct grading and an outlet matter as much as the visible surface.
Our typical residential channel drain uses a 3 by 3 inch PVC system with removable grates where the design calls for it. We will specify the right approach after seeing the site.

Yes. We plan the edges, grades and drainage as one layout.
Can a drain solve standing water?
Sometimes. We need to confirm where the water is coming from and where it can discharge before recommending a drain.
