What areas do you serve?
We are based in Spring Hill and serve homeowners and businesses across Hernando, Pasco, Citrus and parts of Hillsborough County. Call us with your address and project details to confirm availability.
Do you install new pavers or only clean and seal them?
Both. We install paver driveways, patios, walkways and pool decks. We also repair, clean, re-sand and seal existing pavers, and work on travertine, turf and drainage projects.
How do you handle drainage on a new patio or driveway?
We review the existing grade and where water can discharge before recommending a layout. Finished pavers are properly installed and graded for appropriate drainage.
How soon can newly installed pavers be sealed?
Our standard practice is to wait at least 90 days after installation before sealing. We check the surface and conditions before scheduling.
What is included in a typical cleaning and sealing job?
Our standard process includes pretreatment, cleaning, rinsing, re-sanding the joints and applying two coats of sealer. We discuss existing coatings, stains and likely results during the estimate.
Do you require a deposit?
For installation projects, the usual schedule is 50% when the proposal is accepted to order materials and reserve the schedule, with the balance due at completion. Typical sealing and repair jobs under $3,000 do not require a deposit. Your proposal will confirm the terms for your project.
Can you repair settled pavers or match old pavers?
We assess why pavers moved before recommending a repair. We can check whether the original color and style are still available, but new pavers may look different from weathered material.
