HOW WE WORK
A careful process, start to finish.
Our standard cleaning and sealing process includes pretreatment, cleaning, rinsing, joint re-sanding and two coats of sealer. We discuss existing coatings, stains and the condition of the surface during the estimate.
We commonly use a two-part water-based urethane gloss sealer. The finish and final appearance depend on the paver material and its current condition.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Will sealing remove every stain or old coating?
No. Some stains or residual polymeric sand can remain, including around pool areas. We evaluate the surface and explain what results are realistic before work starts.
How soon can newly installed pavers be sealed?
Our standard practice is to wait at least 90 days after installation before sealing.
Do you require a deposit for sealing?
For typical cleaning and sealing jobs under $3,000, we do not require a deposit.
